Construction of production of solid dosage forms.

Our plant started realization of the global project “Construction of production of solid dosage forms” in November 2010. The first part of this project was put into operation 30th September 2013 by the order of the General Director JSC “BZMP”

№ 457 from 30th September 2013. And the second part of this project was put into operation 31st December 2013 by the order of the General Director JSC “BZMP”

№ 636 from 31st December 2013. The construction and  the equipment of the building cost the company about $ 56 million. Annually, 1 billion tablets and 70 million capsules of popular medicines will be produced here. The new production complies with international standards and will be confirmed by international documents in the near future.

The construction of production of sterile antibiotic dispersion.

Our company is developing and moving forward, thus it started the implementation of the investment project “The construction of production of sterile antibiotic dispersion” in June, 2014. The protocol of acceptance of the facility “Sterile antibiotic dispersion to the vials workshop” was approved 30th December 2015 by the order of the General Director JSC “BZMP” № 636 from 30th December 2015.  The production of sterile antibiotic dispersion is created in accordance with GMP requirements. The capacity of the production is 50 million vials per year. More than 90 new workplaces have been created. Project investment cost is about $ 25 million.

Reconstruction of ampoule production.

JSC “BZMP” put into operation new investment project “Reconstruction of ampoule production”

Implementation of investment project “Reconstruction of ampoule production” was completed in June 2018, the cost of which amounted to USD 25 million. The production output of reconstructed production site is 90 million ampoules per year. 40 workplaces were modernized.

The 4th floor of existing ampoule production was reconstructed according to the requirements of good manufacturing practice (GMP). Production was reequipped with modern high-effective equipment purchased from leading manufacturers (Italy, USA, China, Poland and others) which allowed to mechanize and automate all the main and auxiliary production stages and to ensure manufacture of high-quality products.

Closed equipment and modern technology for production of injection solutions were implemented at the production site taking into account the complexity of the production process and the requirements to sterility and stability of the products.
